You will surely enjoy a great stay! This apartment is not a tourist accommodation, so it is not rented for tourist purposes. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving into the apartment. This contract will primarily reflect the conditions agreed upon during the reservation, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourism purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and construction work...
