The second bedroom has a 135x190 bed, Daikin air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan (with remote control), and a Samsung TV. Additionally, there is an additional full bathroom. The house is recently renovated, and is perfectly equipped, with everything you need for a perfect stay. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...
