Modern and charming apartment, completely renovated, with a careful design, taking care of even the smallest detail with a personal touch. Very bright, including 4 large exterior windows (double glazing with electric shutters) with French balconies overlooking the street. Located in a small and very quiet pedestrian street, between the lively Malasaña neighborhood and Gran Vía, one of the most emblematic avenues in Madrid. Very comfortable: large open living room with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), complete and functional kitchen with a separate island, large dining table and 3 bedrooms, one with a large bathroom (with a large double shower and 2 separate sinks) and double bed, another with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Additionally, there is another additional full bathroom. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, but once you are in the apartment you will forget about that small effort. The spacious interior (over 90 m2) is flooded with natural light and has designer lighting throughout the space. It has a central air conditioning system for all rooms and a separate water heating system. The interior design is very elegant, precise and updated, making the stay very pleasant and cozy. The apartment has an excellent location in the city center, 10-15 minutes walk from the main places of interest such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Retiro Park, Prado and Thyssen Museum, etc. It is located in one of the liveliest areas of Madrid, in the modern Malasaña neighborhood, with many restaurants, bars and shops surrounding it. The building is very well maintained and is located less than 100 m from Grand Via, being close to many brand stores, 5 minutes from Primark and the famous Fuencarral street. Both the street and the building are safe and quiet, making it ideal for enjoying a relaxing and comfortable stay. All this will make you (if you are not already...) fall in love with Madrid because you will feel at home in Malasaña. The only problem is that you won't want to leave it... In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighborhood community, the home has a noise control device. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
