During the booking process, we conduct a thorough verification to ensure the safety and comfort of our community. Please be prepared to provide the following: your ID, two recent bank statements, two recent pay stubs, and details about your rental history. If you are a student or international student, you will also need to provide information about your guarantor or sponsor.
