Zimmer Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und trotz Nähe zu den Gleisen sehr ruhig, da besondere Schallschutzmassnahmen umgesetzt wurden (3-fache Verglasung der Fenster, neue Dachdämmung). Die Wohnung: - In 2016 neu gebaut, neues Dach - Neue hochwertige glänzende Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, Glaskeramik-Kochplatte und Mikrowelle - Neue Gas-Etagen-Heizanlage - Neuer Laminatboden - Satellitenkabel in jedem Zimmer - Waschmaschine vorhanden - DSL WLAN (mit Festnetz-Telefon-Flatrate) - Vollmöbliert (falls gewünscht) Lage Die WG ist ziemlich zentral mit Blick auf die Untertürkheimer Weinberge gelegen. In ca 10min ist man mit der S-Bahn (S1) in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt, nach Esslingen sind es sogar nur 8min. Das Daimler Gelände befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Untertürkheimer Bahnhof ist in5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen, dort fahren neben der S-Bahn auch die U13 und U4. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe auch, ein Cap ist 10min fußläufig entfernt. Einen Kaufland gibt es auch, hier braucht man ca 15min zu Fuß. Alternativ gibt es auch einen Bus, der einen in weniger als 5 Minuten zum Kaufland bringt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es hinter dem Häuserblock zudem auch. Freibad, Daimler Stadion/Museum/Werk sowie Canstatter Wasen sind zu fuss erreichbar. WG-Leben In der Wohnung wohnen aktuell zwei Damen. Sehr ruhig, sehr Sauber und sehr respektvoll.
