I'm a professional working in Leeds and living in a 3 bed town house 15 mins from City Centre on the outskirts of Rothwell. I'm looking for one professional to fill a lovely furnished double room on the second floor. I work from home 2 days per week, but spend much of my time out and about. FYI space is only available from now until end of April Floorplan is shown with your room marked. The top bathroom toilet will be shared, but you will have exclusive use of the shower as I have one en suite. The rest of the house is shared and can be agreed as to use of space. Room: -Double bed -Desk -Triple Wardrobe -Extra storage elsewhere in house available upon agreement House: -Spacious 3 bed to share between 2 -Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, full sized freezer, air fryer etc.. -Generous living area with sofa/s and 50 inch TV with Sky and Netflix -65mpbs wifi throughout house -All bills included -Garden -Designated parking space -Utility room and extra space on ground floor Area: -Lovely estate surrounded by countryside -15 min drive to City Centre -Great connections to motorways -5 min drive from Supermarkets, Gyms etc I am a clean, tidy and sociable. I would be looking for the same in a lodger. A meeting/video call would be brilliant prior to agreement to ensure compatibility. Picture attached shows me searching for the perfect lodger...
