The rooms I rent are in a villa that has been completely renovated and equipped for 8 people. All rooms have a private bathroom. The common areas are: living room, kitchen, laundry, study room, garden and swimming pool in summer. Cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price. In the surrounding area there are leisure areas, supermarkets, hospitals, universities and green areas for sports. It is a residential, quiet and safe area. Well connected to the city centre by bus or train. A few minutes by bus from Ciudad Universitaria (Complutense University) and Moncloa. It is close to towns such as Pozuelo de Alarcón, Majadahonda and Las Rozas. Las habitaciones que alquilo están en un chalet totalmente reformado y habilitado para que vivan 8 personas. Todas las habitaciones disponen de baño privado. Las zonas comunes son: salón, cocina, lavandería, salón de estudio, jardín y piscina en verano. La limpieza de las zonas comunes está incluida en el precio del alquiler. En los alrededores existen zonas de ocio, supermercados, hospitales, universidades y zonas verdes para practicar deporte. Se trata de un área residencial, tranquila y segura. Bien comunicada con el centro de la ciudad mediante autobús o tren. A pocos minutos en autobús de Ciudad Universitaria (Universidad Complutense) y Moncloa. Cerca de localidades como Pozuelo de Alarcón, Majadahonda y Las Rozas...
