Der hübsche Flora-Park ist ca. 200m entfernt. Der Rheinische Bauernmarkt auf dem Friedensplätzchen ist ebenfalls sehr nahe. Die Wohnung ist für maximal zwei Personen geeignet. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige und gepflegte Nachbarschaft. Parties und laute Musik sind daher nicht erwünscht....
