Description

Room 1 Hi Guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages. plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
