Flex Plus - North Campus We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Room: Flex is one of the budget-friendly options. It has a full-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Neighborhood: Our Red River residence offers a dynamic blend of history, culture, and convenience. Nestled in North Campus, Universty of Austin Texas. It provides a unique living experience with its diverse range of attractions, amenities, and community charm, including swimming pool. One of the defining features of the neighborhood is its close proximity to the University of Texas at Austin. Students, faculty, and staff benefit from the convenience of being just steps away from the university campus, fostering a lively and youthful atmosphere. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
