Sleeping Pod - University of Texas at Austin We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Sleeping Pod: That is an exclusive double-occupancy unit that was designed specifically for the students. The PODs offer such an enhanced privacy experience while keeping your rent affordable. Building: This residence is a great choice for students and offers rooftop BBQ grills, a resident co-working area, a gym with a workout studio, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and a communal kitchen. Neighborhood: From our central spot at the corner of West 22nd and Rio Grande, there’s always something new to explore within steps of home. Explore West Campus’s eclectic boutiques and eateries, get some fresh air at our local parks and hiking trails, or catch a ride downtown to experience Austin’s most iconic hotspots.
