Einen wunderschöne Wohnung für 1 allein oder für 2. Wohnen Sie im wunderschönen Karlshorst, in der Nähe vom Tierpark und der Wuhlheide. Die HTW ist gleich um die Ecke für die Studenten und zu den verschiedenen Plätzen wie Alexanderplatz, Simon Dachstr. ist man unter 20min immer schnell da. Die wunderschöne Wohnung hat 1 Küche mit neuem Herd und Arbeitsplatte. Hinzu kommt die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer hat eine wunderschöne Badewanne zum einladen und eine Handtuch Heizung. Dazu kommt noch eine Waschmaschine, die vollkommen funktioniert. Im großzügigen Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Sitzcouch, sowie ein Sessel. Dazu steht ein großzügiger Schreibtisch für Homeoffice oder ähnliches zur Verfügung.
