Entrance with desk, living room with equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge, and freezer, oven), table with four chairs. Room with bed, nice bathroom with shower, large closet and utility room with washing machine. Enjoy your stay :) Convenient for the hospitals area (Bidone clinic, Molinette, Sant'Anna, Regina Margherita, CTO traumatological center, Valdese), Porta Nuova station, the University (Biology, Physics, Medicine, Veterinary, Architecture), the Murazzi (area of the clubs and discos on the Po), the Colosseum Theater, the Teatro Nuovo, the Lingotto shopping center and Eataly. Enjoy Turin :) The owner provides a monthly tourist contract, if there is a request for a longer registered contract, there will be additional requests, ask for information in chat. Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
