I offer a comfortable loft apartment located in the former industrial area of Turin, a lively and multicultural part of the city, well served by public transport and close to a convenient bike path. You will discover a little-know side of Turin, an experience that will make you look at this elegant city with different eyes. The house is 10 minutes from Piazza Castello, 15 from the Juve stadium and 15 from Caselle airport. A few minutes walk there are several typical restaurants, both Italian and ethnic. The space This loft was built in a former Bòita (workshop) of a craftsman in a building built in 1890, with thick walls and high ceilings that allowed the creation of a modern loft. The environment is air-conditioned, heated with a pellet stove and divided over two floors. On the ground floor the door opens onto the cozy living room with a sofa bed. A peninsula containing a hob, easily convertible into a desk, sink and large table with two stools, makes up the kitchen, small but modern and well equipped. On the right of this a comfortable sliding glass door gives access to the bathroom, which features an ivory shower tray with glass box. In the house there is a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave. The lighting is totally LED, designed to illuminate without suffocating the environment with too many lights. A Hi-Fi sound system, a computer, an iPod with over 25 days of music, a 32 "TV with HDMI cable and a 1 gb / s Internet connection are also provided to optimize your stay. Access to the Baffo Bar Right in front of the loft, the Baffo bar on the street will take care of you in the most family-like way possible. We are open to spend pleasant moments with you, consuming aperitifs or typical dishes: there is in fact the possibility to order breakfast, meal, cocktails, wines and other products with room delivery without surcharges. If you prefer, you can of course consume all the above mentioned in the bar in front of the fireplace! ***Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform.
