Description

Gemütliches WG Zimmer in Nymphenburg zur Untermiete ab sofort bis zum 13.April. Die Wohnung ist schön sonnig und bietet viel Platz. Das Zimmer ist 19 m2 groß. Das Sofa kann man zu einem Schlafsofa umfunktionnieren, falls du Besuch bekommst. Ich bin 2 Monate auf Reisen und möchte für diesen Zeitraum mein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist 7 min zu Fuß vom Romanplatz. Von dort kann man gut die Tram nehmen. In 10 min ist man an der SBahn Station Laim. Laim gehört noch zur Stammstrecke und man ist wirklich schnell in der Innenstadt. Man ist auch direkt am Nymphenburger Park, der wirklich superschön ist und sich super zum joggen gehen eignet. In der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe am Romanplatz und einen Aldi in Laim. Meine zwei WG Mitbewohner sind Studenten, die gerne Coctails machen und zusammen kochen. Ihnen ist wichtig, dass sich der neue Mitbewohner oder die neue Mitbewohnerin an einem harmonischen Zusammenleben interessiert ist und sich am Putzplan beteiligt. Sonst freuen sie sich über ein aktives WG-Leben...
