**** Zimmer Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende! Dein schönes 17 qm großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 80 qm großen WG. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur. Das Zimmer hat ein zwei große Fenster, einen Parkettboden und einen Balkon. Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Die Wohnung wurde dieses Jahr neu renoviert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und können natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, Fläche 160x200cm), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit einem Bürostuhl ausgestattet. Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen. In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an. ****Lage Zur Lage: sehr ruhig, im Grünen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Gehminuten entfernt (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Edeka, Vollcorner, Alnatura, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüse-Lädchen, Apotheke), drei Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle und von da aus ca. 15 min in die Innenstadt bzw. 10 min zum Oympia-Einkaufszentrum. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden U2-am Hart / U6-Kieferngarten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe....
