This lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Barcelona is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room is well-decorated and features a comfortable sofa and a projector. A private balcony provides the perfect spot to savour the refreshing, crisp air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a desk, providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it. The apartment also includes one bathroom and a powder room, ensuring that everyone has enough space and privacy. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
