The accommodation is located on the first (and last) floor and access is via stairs. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
