If you're looking for a room in a very nice area of Lisbon, close to the city centre, this is a great option near Unv. Nova, Unv. Católica, Unv. IST and Lisbon University Campus. Metro Station: Picoas, yellow line (close to Marquês de Pombal and Saldanha square) This apartment has seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared social kitchen. The kitchen is large and bright. It's equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, blender, kettle and other small appliances. There's also a dining area with a sofa and a table with several chairs. Utility Costs are 50 euros for water, gas, electricity and internet. If it exceeds 50 euros a month, the extra amount will be calculated and charged accordingly. In this room: 2 people can book this room because it has two beds, In case of two people rent this room it will be charge 150€ for the second person monthly.
