Abgesperrter Raum mit E-Lade vorhanden. e) Umweltfreundliche Wohnung mit Luft-Wärme Pumpe und Fußbodenheizung f) Unter "sonstige optionale Kosten" kann man eine "Haushaltsversicherung" für 1 Jahr um 106,-Eur abschließen, die Schäden innerhalb der Wohnung abdeckt.
