Our apartment is in one of the most sought after areas of Berlin, next to the canal between the neighboorhods of Neukölln and Kreuzberg. There are loads of great restaurants, cafés and bars in the area, but our house lies in a more quiet stretch. It is especially quiet and peaceful in the sleeping rooms that go out to the back. We are still living in the apartment at the moment. That is why it is still full of kids' stuff on the photos. We would gladly welcome a family who is looking for exactly that. But for other tenants we would of course get rid of the bunk bed and any other furniture that you don't need. Concerning the layout of the flat: You reach the bedroom by going through the kids' room. Depending on the tenant we could also use the kids' room as a living room and working space and the current living room as an additional bedroom. This can all be arranged. The apartment has high ceilings, is airy and bright, as we are on the fourth floor (no elevator). The kitchen, bathroom and all the rooms were renovated a couple of years ago, so everything is up to a good standard....
