The room is 10m2 big and has a huge 20m2 owne closed Balkony (looking into the garden) and is furnished with a bed, desk,closet and night stand. Everything is like new. In general, the rooms offer great natural lighting. The interior details of the flooring and walls give the apartment a nice vintage modern touch. Theres a garden with chickens that offer a nice country side feeling even though youre so close to the city center, which is hard to find in munich. But dont worry, the housekeeper takes care of them.;) Im looking for tenants who willing to create a nice , peaceful living situation with other. Everything you need in everyday life is very close! Have a look at the map: (hidden) The apartment is a 3 min walking distance to the next bus / light rail station , providing easy access to the city center. Also, the nearest subway station is 7min bicycle drive (free bicyle useing also ;)) away and the next supermarket/bakery/restaurant is just around the corner. Also, if you like nature, the perlacher forst , a huge forest, is just about a 15-20 minute walking distance or 10 min with the bicycle. You would be sharing the apartment 2 other friendly women. In order to create a peaceful living situation it’s important for everyone to respect one another and the living space. The kitchen witch is also completly new (with dishwasher :D ) and the new bathroom will be shared but if you perfer to be alone you can always relax in your room. The apartment below yours consists of three international (or English speaking German) woman in their mid twenties or thirties , who are excited to meet new people and eventually hang out and barbecue in the garden together :) The apartment is on the 1st floor. A washer and dryer are free to use in (hidden)ment of the house. The garden can be shared by everyone and there is even a big table and seating area for everyone to use !
