Fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven. The accommodation also has an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air-conditioning system. TV service and Wifi Internet available free of charge. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and access is via stairs. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a residential area, we ask that you follow the rules and do not make noise during the night between 10 pm and 8 am. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
