The apartment has a bathroom with shower, living/dining room with single sofa bed and an open space kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and also washing machine. The accommodation also features an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a baby bed, bath and highchair if requested. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and access to the apartment is via stairs. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
