The accommodation also has an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a baby bed, bath and highchair if requested. Common central heating and cooling system using a fan coil unit with performance identical to air conditioning. In winter it only works as heating and in summer as cooling. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor and access is via stairs from the entrance to the building. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included.
