We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. The heating of the apartment is provided through a heater fixed on the wall of the room. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. The accommodation is located on the first floor, has a balcony in all its width and access from the street is by stairs through the main entrance of the building, common to the apartment restaurants and restaurant on the ground floor. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
