The house is very close to the beach, in the most privileged residential area of the city, well served with a supermarket, several restaurants and all kinds of services and with good access to the historic center of Porto. The space Casinha da Foz is a single storey house with a garden at the rear and maximum capacity for 3 people. The house has a double bed in a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped open space kitchen. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air conditioning system that also provides heating for the apartment in winter. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a residential area, we ask that you follow the rules and do not make noise during the night between 10 pm and 8 am. How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
