🏡 Casa da Vila is a spacious villa ideal for groups and large families next to the beaches of Porto and with easy access to the city centre. It is a very well equipped family house and is located in one of the quietest areas of the city, once a picturesque and traditional fishing village in Porto and now the most desirable area of ​​the city. The space Casa da Vila is a two-storey villa with a maximum capacity of 8 people, with three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with two single beds). The house has a bathroom with shower and a toilet and a living/dining room with a double sofa bed. On the ground floor next to the living room there is an equipped kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Bed Linen, Towels and Shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Central heating with radiators in the various rooms of each provide the necessary comfort in winter and the summer house maintains a very pleasant temperature. Free cable TV and high-speed fiber optic Internet Wifi service available. The house has a small covered patio at the back with plenty of natural light. The access from the street is completely independent, the building not being shared with anyone else. Electricity bills included up to 125 euros, water bills included up to 50 euros and gas bills included up to 80 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the house (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a residential area, we ask that you follow the rules and do not make noise during the night between 10 pm and 8 am. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
