The apartment has two double beds, a bathroom with shower, a dining area and an open space kitchen equipped with a microwave and stove. The accommodation also has an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Heaters provide a good temperature of the apartment in winter. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. The accommodation is located on the ground floor with an outdoor patio and is accessed by the main entrance of the building. Electricity bills included up to 75 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
