The bedroom is also equipped with a desk and chair, so you can easily work or study from home. APARTMENT You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large living space with couches to enjoy movie nights with your flatmates. BUILDING Our location in Paris is the ideal place to experience the vibrancy of the city while enjoying a calm property and being part of the (hidden) community. With a total of 4 flats and 21 rooms, the building features a laundry area and a courtyard, making it easy to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy all the perks of a flexible lifestyle from the comfort of your home! NEIGHBOURHOOD Located in the southeastern suburbs of Pairs, Ivry-sur-Seine has a multicultural atmosphere and enjoys easy access to the city center. The area has several transportation options, including metro, RER (suburban rail), and bus lines, making it convenient to travel within and outside the commune. You will also be able to enjoy some pleasant green spaces such as Parc des Cormailles and Parc Pierre et Marie Curie.
