The room faces north and overlooks the internal condominium courtyard, bordering a green area. Very quiet, ideal for studying and smart-working. The House The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, water boiler, kitchen oven and drinking water purifier (still and sparkling). There is shared air conditioning. All appliances are new. Each window is equipped with mosquito nets. Area Services Below the house there are all the essential services: pharmacy, minimarket, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, shipping agency, and others. A 5-minute walk you can reach the Esselunga Superstore in Viale Lorenteggio and the LIDL in via Giordani. Several green areas available nearby. Transport available at home: -bus 49 (for Inganni M1, San Siro M5, etc. ) -tram 14 (for S.
