Description

It is a 3 room apartment in a brand new building (Feb. 2023). It has a new build in kitchen with and open space living room, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and floor heating. It is a quiet area with green spaces around the corner which is great for walks and running. It is well connected with S-Bahn and M4 that goes directly to Alexanderplatz. A shopping centre is just 10 minutes away which has various shops (TK MEXX, Douglas, Depot, DM etc.). Also the Orankesee and Weißensee are not far and beautiful lakes to go swimming....
