Description

**Only suitable for female tenant* looking for someone who is neat, calm and can take good care of the place. It’s a bright room with big skylight windows. There are white and black blinders on the windows so you can adjust the light. You may share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with another girl, so as the cleaning. If cleaning is not done properly or timely, the contract will end earlier and no return of deposit. No guest or visitor is allowed, if necessary please ask for approval. Walking distance - 5min to train station. - 5min to supermarket Jumbo - 10 minutes to big nature reserve 30min Direct train to Amsterdam, 20min to Utrecht and 15min to Amersfoort. Deposit will be paid on arrival on move in date. The energy cost (gas/electricity) will be shared with roommates. If registration at city hall is needed, there will be extra charge of 285euro....
