🏡 The apartment is very homely, and it was thought to detail so that you feel at your home away from home! A renovated apartment located in the heart of Santos, with 2 bedrooms with double bed, double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchenette (electric hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and coffee machine). The living room is divided into two spaces: space for meals and relaxation, TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. A lovely place to enjoy Lisbon! This well-maintained unit comes with the convenience of bills included up to 100 euros. To book this accommodation we also charge an admin fee of 5% of the amount of the stay. THE SPACE This is a just renovated apartment in the historical center of Lisbon in Bica, just at the bottom of Bairro Alto and on the famous Tram no. 28 line. The apartment was designed with travellers in mind and has all of the comforts and items you would need to feel at home! There are two bedrooms with double beds, a comfortable, pretty living room which also has a sofa bed, and a separate kitchen and dining area with full appliances. Washing machine, Dryer, Wifi, Cable TV, Linens, Towels are all included. GUEST ACCESS You have the entire apartment available for your use. Other things to note This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbors, kids, dogs, and street noise. ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage! LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center. Garbage: There are garbage bins in the street! We provide guest assistance between 9AM to 9PM Monday - Friday and from 2 PM to 8PM on weekends. We will not be able to respond outside these hours...
