The kitchen also includes full set of dishes, cooking utensils and all necessary kitchen appliances. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, a closet, a study desk and a TV. The apartment has a safety main entrance door. Also, pharmacies, medical centers and private doctors are within walking distance. Internet/entertainment: Very fast internet connection with access to all rooms. The apartment has 2 TVs (one in each bedroom). Location: In Athens center, at Aristotelous street, in walking distance from AUEB University, Patision street and Victoria Train Station. Access to the market and social life: Easy access to all means of public transportation and many coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores (just one minute away from the house). In addition, a flea market takes place every Wednesday morning, just 80 meters from the apartment, where you can buy fresh, healthy food directly from the Greek producers. Requirements for contracting: A student/ employee photo ID and current address is required. Ideal for: Students or employees willing to share a fully equipped, fully furnished, and quite apartment, with privacy. Nearby Universities: Athens University of Economic and Business (AUEB), National Polytechnic University of Athens (NTUA) and National Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
