Sie finden das Apartment im Dachgeschoss eines Drei-Parteienhauses in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schlafzimmer: Ins Reich der Träume werden Sie in einem handgefertigten 1,80x2m Designer-Boxspringbett mit Taschenfederkernmatratze finden. Stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung sorgt für den perfekten Rahmen. In der stilvoll eingerichteten Leseecke kann man bei einem guten Buch und einer Tasse Tee den Tag ausklingen lassen. Küche: In der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster können Sie sich ganz nach ihren Bedürfnissen ein Frühstück- oder Abendessen zaubern. Wohnzimmer: Über einen 43Zoll Smart-TV mit Netflix-Zugang können sie auf unserer gemütlichen Couch abends ihre Lieblingsserie sehen. Badezimmer: Sauberkeit ist für uns in der gesamten Wohnung selbstverständlich, gerade im Badezimmer steht es aber nochmal besonders im Fokus. Es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem die Zigarette zum Kaffee am Morgen genossen werden darf. Kostenfreie Parkplätze finden Sie im Wohngebiet um das Apartment herum. Mit dem Auto: Die Lage unseres Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl die Innenstadt Heidelbergs, sowie die Autobahnen A5 und A6 sind in wenigen Minuten bestens erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: In weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht man die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Johannes-Reidel-Straße". Zu Fuß: In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie fußläufig Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, DM, und Rewe, eine Apotheke und einige Restaurants Es stehen WLAN und Netflix kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im Keller des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Waschraum, indem Waschmaschine und Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorhanden sind. Einmal monatlich wird die Wohnung von einer unserer Reinigungskräfte gereinigt. In dem Zuge werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht, sowie von Beginn an gestellte Verbrauchsartikel einmalig im Monat aufgefüllt. (Shampoo, Seife, Duschgel) Das Briefkastenschild, sowie das Klingelschild können auf Wunsch namentlich angepasst werden...
