The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer combination and a capsule coffee maker (Tschibo Caffissimo Pure plus coffee machine). The kitchen island has been equipped with comfortable seating, outlets and USB charging and can be used perfectly as laptop workplace. For optimal working from home conditions, Apartment Schoeneberg offers high-speed fiberglass internet access with 500 Mbps and FritzBox WiFi. A luxurious king size box spring bed (H2/H3) provides excellent sleeping comfort, while a 50 inch Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV provides high class evening TV entertainment. In addition, the apartment offers a wardrobe with mirrored doors, as well as a small lounge area with armchair, cocktail table and chaise longue with spring core bed function (90 x 200cm) providing excellent sleeping comfort for a total of up to three persons (Please note: Rent as shown above includes utilities for only 1 person.
