Downstairs is an external storage room of 4m2. The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within cycling distance of the center of Utrecht, walking distance from a supermarket and many public transport connections around the corner. There are several arterial roads within a few minutes' drive and parking is available for free in front of the complex. I'm posting because my current roommate is moving out. So I'm looking for a tenant who is willing to take the tenancy of his from March until November (it can be renewed if everything goes well!) 1200 as baci rent, 300 as utility + service fee, may be deductied at the end of the year depends on the ascutla usage.
