Very large bedroom with a double bed (2 single beds joined into a double, with one double mattress), a desk, a large wardrobe, 2 armchairs and the TV. Modern bathroom with shower, bidet (not yet in the pictures, see the video) and window. AC and High speed internet connection. Security deposit of € 1700. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 300. The cost can change according to the size and the conditions of the accommodation. Area description Safe and central residential area, just 7 minutes by bus from Politecnico and 9 minutes directly by metro from Marangoni. Very well connected by the public transports and very well serviced. Argonne metro station is 2 minutes walking. Duomo square is just 4 km far. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
