Theapartment consists of a bright living area equipped with smart TV and X-Box, double sofa bed, full kitchen and dining table, double bedroom and full bathroom with shower. The furniture has been taken care of in every detail to make our guests feel right at home. WiFi is free and available throughout theapartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic useful appliances, pots and pans, mocha and microwave. The nearest metro stops are Lima M1, Caiazzo M2 and Centrale FS M2 and M3 (connected to Malpensa and Bergamo airports). With the red line (Lima) you can reach Piazza del Duomo in 10 minutes. The apartment is located a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous and busiest shopping streets in the city. Walking around you will encounter old and new shops, doors and sidewalks, in an orderly and a bit 'unconcluded chaos. There is a very rich local market in Via Benedetto Marcello on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.200,00€ for monthly rent; • 250,00€ for building fees; • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 1.700,00€. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.200€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. **Linen is not included. The apartment is located at Via Benedetto Marcello 93, in a central and well-connected area, ideal for students and professionals.
