Designed with a generous work area, this room offers a serene retreat with its light cream-colored floors. Notable features include double-glazed windows with dual insulation chambers, ensuring optimal comfort and tranquility. Furnished with a double bed, safety lock, wardrobe featuring two doors and two drawers, ceiling fan, wall mirror, and desk, the Sapphire room combines luxury and functionality for your ultimate comfort. Rent encompasses a comprehensive array of services to elevate your living experience, including water and electricity (with a €40/month allowance), WiFi internet, thrice-weekly cleaning of common areas, bi-weekly room and bathroom cleaning, as well as bi-weekly sheet and towel changes. Moreover, we provide repair and replacement services for your peace of mind, with round-the-clock service hours. The common areas feature a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room, fostering camaraderie and convenience. The house is equipped with all the essentials for daily living, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, pots, pans, complete kitchen utensils, two large-capacity refrigerators with freezers, a washing machine, and a television. There is an admin fee payable at move-in equal to 5% of the total contract value (e.g. for a 6 month stay admin fee is calculated as 1100*6*0.05 = 330) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
