Lay-out: entrance, hall, one bedroom, a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, an fully equipped open kitchen, living space with sitting area, dining area and a secluded patio. Storage room with washing/drying machine, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Kitchen comprises a fridge with freezer compartment, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and complete set of cutlery and tableware. In the living area we have a wall mounted flatscreen HDMI television, an internet radio, and 4 place settees and a dining table with 4 chairs. the bedroom contains a queen seize bed and a wardrobe. The building is equipped with a central smoke detection system, fire extinguishers and videophones. We provide linen for the bedroom and towels for the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment has inverter air-conditioning (for warming and cooling), hot and cold water and internet. This apartment is fit to house two adults. Pets and children are not allowed; exceptions can be discussed. Minimum stay is 1-month, maximum stay is 6 months. In the case of normal use of the utilities, there are no supplementary charges. It is understood that the apartment is vacated in the same condition as it was let, otherwise cleaning expenses will be charged at the end of the stay...
