Numerous bus routes further enhance transportation options. Local shops and amenities are easily accessible, and the lively Cepedas neighborhood, frequented by locals, is a hub of restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Please note that all expenses are included: WIFI, water, electricity, gas, council taxes and building maintenance. Only Electricity has a maximum rate supported of 80€ monthly, twitch is enough for a comfortable living. If there is an excess on the of 80€ electricity bill, this will be shared in between the 3 flatmates....
