Situado en pleno corazón de Chamberí, entre Metro San Bernardo (Líneas 2 y 4), Metro Quevedo (Línea 2) y Metro Bilbao (Línea 1 y 4), numerosos autobuses en Alberto Aguilera y Fuencarral, Plaza de Olavide, Parque Conde del Valle de Suchil, Malasaña, ICADE etc. Los suministros de calefacción, electricidad, internet y agua tienen un coste fijo de 240€ al mes.
