A 4.55 m2 balcony also belongs exclusively to this room. Internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent. The minimum rental period is 6 months. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). The deposit is three months' rent.
