A 4.55 m2 balcony also belongs exclusively to this room. Internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent. The minimum rental period is 6 months. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). The deposit is three months' rent. Construction work is currently taking place in the inner courtyard, which is being carried out within the legally prescribed regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
