1 unfurnished room is opening in our collective, located close to central Uppsala, next to Engelska Parken and right behind the botanical gardens. The collective is in the garden house (155 m2) of a villa and consists of 3 people in total, which means you will share the house with three others. Apart from your private room, you will have access to two bathrooms (1 upstairs equipped with sauna, bathtub, shower and toilet, and 1 downstairs equipped with shower and toilet), a big living room (downstairs) and a kitchen (downstairs, equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher). The room is unfurnished, but we if you have no furnitures, we can rent the room furnished. We, who live in the collective, are all vegan/vegetarian and like to eat, watch movies or play board games together sometimes, but also enjoy quiet evenings. We are looking for someone that is smoke-free and without pets. Preferably, we would like to find someone who shares our values, is tidy and open-minded. The rent is 9000 sek/month/room. It includes water, heating and internet, but not electricity.
