This sunny and cozy flat has the best possible location in a very safe and quiet spot right in the heart of Vienna. It is situated in a beautifully maintained Jugendstil-building close to the Vienna Opera, underground stations, university institutes and many shops in walking distance. It is a short stroll to famous Naschmarkt and vibrant areas, restaurants and bars are just around the corner. The flat is fully furnished with a light and spacious living room, working space and a small seperate bedroom, bath and kitchen. You will find it fully equipped with all household amenities: move in with your suitcase only! We have Wifi providers accessible in the flat but you will have to take out your own contract. It is a very quiet, strictly no-party place and neighbours will be particular about that. Which also makes it a very safe place ;-) Before lodging a booking request pls make sure the required documents (ID, Proof of funds/income, University admission etc) are uploaded. The flat is perfect for one single person with a 140x200 bed in the bedroo. Energy cost is covered to a maximum of 100 Euros per month which is ample for a normal usage for 1 person, excess usage will be charged. Pls. note that there is extra charge for a second person staying: 100€/month and the maximum allowed is 2 people! I rent out for min. 4 months, maximum 6 months...

How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
