Thanks to the new metro line M4, you can reach Piazza del Duomo in just 20 minutes and Linate Airport in just 20 minutes. In addition, Corso Indipendenza and Corso Ventidue Marzo are easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.300,00€ for monthly rent; • 300,00€ for building fees; • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 1.850,00€.
