It's a large studio apartment composed of: - hallway - fully equipped kitchen area - large living room room with a comfy double bed, 2 seats sofà, drawer with smart tv, large exposed coat hanger, table and chairs - bathroom with large shower - balcony The apartment is at first floor of a residential building and all the windows and balcony overlook the internal courtyard. A fast wifi (up to 1gbps) is there is there to satisfy your every connectivity need. Moreover it comes complete with towels, sheets, blankets, duvets, dishes, pans and pots, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located just 4 minutes walk from Dergano metro station (yellow line) which, in as few as 15 minutes, can take you to piazza Duomo, there in the very heart of Milano. The Bovisa campus is at a walkable distance, making it the perfect choice for students and professionals who are involved in the activities of the university. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, a pastry shop and a pharmacy while downstairs, just in the same building complex, there's a supermarket for your shopping. --------------------------------------------------------------- KEEP IN MIND: All bills are included, provided that the guest will make a "normal" usage of resources. In particular during winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws. The price is referred to 1 single tenant. 2 people can rent the apartment together for the whole period of just for a few days (in case you want to host a friend for a weekend or a limited period of time) but a little extra fee applies (7€ per night or 150€ monthly) NOTE: If necessary, you can shorten your stay with one calendar month's notice. However, in this case, you will be required to reimburse the commissions we, as landlord, have already paid to HA (HA applies commissions calculated over the entire rental period which are charged to us the first day of your stay). Conversely, if you book shorter periods and wish to extend your stay, you can always do so free of charge. We therefore recommend choosing shorter periods and then, once you are in the apartment, you can extend your stay under the same condition...
